Built across Rider, Driver, UberLite, and UberBus on Android and iOS. Led the Uber Shuttle subscription initiative, developed internal libraries and migration tools, and improved reliability through testing and observability.
Explored RAG-based help, chat, and voice search with Google’s Gecko model in a global hackathon-winning project.
